Check-in: Arrival at the property is allowed from 15:00 to 22:00. For arrivals outside these hours it is necessary to agree with the manager of the property.
Late Checkin: In case you arrive later than 22:00 and before midnight the cost of check-in will be 20€; in case you arrive after midnight and before 2:00 the cost of check-in will be 50€; in these cases, however, you must notify the property in advance, otherwise the reception will not be guaranteed.
Check-out: The departure must take place before 10:00 and must be communicated to the manager of the property at least the day before; any requests for departures after that time must be requested to the staff in good time.
Free cancellation up to 30 days before arrival. Penalty 50% for cancellations between 29 and 15 days before arrival. 100% penalty for cancellations between 14 days before arrival date and no-show and for prepaid not refundable reservations. The present cancellation rules apply only to bookings made directly with the property, in the case of bookings made through portals and/or agencies, the rules set out on the portal will be applied.
Inside the apartments and the closed rooms it is absolutely forbidden to smoke, failure to comply with this rule will be punished with a fine of a minimum value of € 27.50 and a maximum of € 275.00; it doubles (from € 55.00 to € 550.00) if the violation occurs in the presence of a woman who is clearly pregnant or in front of infants or children up to twelve years.
Payments can be made:
1)By credit card Visa or Mastercard directly at the hotel or electronically before arrival;
2)By bank transfer;
3)In cash on arrival for amounts less than 2.999€
The property is not suitable for disabled people, we still have an apartment suitable for their access but the common areas such as the swimming pool are not fully accessible.
Breakfast is served at the restaurant at the entrance from 8 to 9.30am.
Please note that upon arrival you will find a complimentary welcome kit including shampoo, soap, and an initial supply of toilet paper.
Should you need additional items during your stay, we kindly ask you to purchase them yourself.
It is very important to do recycling, please follow the schedule at this website: <a href='https://comune.cefalu.pa.it/wp-content/uploads/2025/07/CALENDARIO-INGLESE.jpeg' target='_blank'>Comune di Cefalù</a> leaving garbage in the bins at the parking area.
At the villa you will have private parking but in Cefalù there are different areas with traffic limits, so you have to park in the neighborhood.
Blue Lines parking spots you have to pay, White Lines Is free, Yellow Lines is forbidden.
Best area where to park are the harbour, Via Cirincione and the Sea side.
Trattoria Sant'Ambrogio, a very good restaurant in the little village of Sant'Ambrogio near the Villa.
La Paranza for fish, a small restaurant at the beginning of historical area where quality-price ratio are excellent.
Tinchité, a typical restaurant where I recommend the meat menu where you can enjoy fantastic Sicilian appetizers, first and second courses of our tradition and the baked Sicilian cassata but above all off the menu you can enjoy the delicious Pasta à Taianu, a very tasty typical Cefalù dish .
Another restaurant that I can recommend is Le chat Noir where Lillo will delight you with his dishes.
For pizza you absolutely must try the one from Da Sasà or Fermento.
Don't forget to taste Amorelli Granitas in Piazza Spinola, fantastic.
For best Cannoli and Cartocci go to Pasticceria Cangelosi and best ice cream to Angolo delle Dolcezze.
In the small village of Sant' Ambrogio you can find a little market; biggest supermarkets like Conad & Decò are out of the historical area of Cefalù.
Of course, if you can't find the addresses on google, just ask.
